Christmas 2022 was full of illustration work meant as gifts for Xmas. It was a very busy time and I created a lot of good memories for the people who received them. This is not a “high” form of art, but I will say the emotional reactions and thank you’s are really rewarding.

Max & Hope – I picked both these puppies off the street 3 years ago and they were in horrific condition. Nursed them back to health and both were adopted by friends here in Tequisquiapan, Mexico. Each dog bonded with a different teenager in the family. Now that they have both left for school in Europe – they are missing their pets. I was hired to do an illustration of each dog to be gifted at Christmas and taken back to school with them. I really enjoyed doing these illustrations because they were both animals that I had cared for personally.
